From so many days i have been trying to make potato chips,but they never turn crispy.what should i do?
thinner chips and. hotter oil
burn the oil?
cook them more make thin thinner
Thinner chips, hotter oil or stop trying to make them ;)
start w/ a very fresh low starch potatoes. slice them thin soak them in ice water for a cpl hrs to remove more starch. fry hot canola oil.
have you lighted your burner first??
