I want to make a glaze of lemon, garlic and rosemary. What should I use to thicken the mixture? I want it to be sugar free
You could use Agar Agar Powder, gelatin, corn starch, tapioca starch, arrow root or flour. How will the glaze be used?
Try coconut oil....
I would use corn starch and water. Mix it well in a cup. Then pour over rest of ingredients. Should thicken up.
