Actually, Damon 9496 is right if you genuinely want to know the significance of that recurring dream. I used to take people deep into their dreams using simple clinical hypnotherapy sequences and allow them to explore and interact with the characters in their dreams. Any dream is just your subconscious mind rearranging experiences to make sense of everything. Through the relaxation of a hypnotic state, you can be an active participant in your dream and find out what is happening. The benefits are truly wonderful.... Check in your local phone book for a Clinical Hypnotherapist or a registered Psychotherapist for more details....

I am retired and live forever in Tomorrow Land on the other side of the world . You have to find a local Practitioner you can relate to - I am just sharing my experiences where I believe they will help. I must say I LOVED these dream sessions - you can learn SO MUCH about yourself in this way. And YES - every dream like this is a "big deal" because it is a way you can begin to understand yourself and what is truly important in your life.

You have expeirnced a movie or story with that same plot which would make you have those thoughts and create that dream. Or something like that will happen.

How old are you? I would say you have either read a book or watched a movie (maybe too many movies) with a theme like this and your subconscious mind captured it and is releasing it via your dreams. Try not telling anyone about your dream..sometimes telling it out loud only serves to reinforce it in your mind.

I'm 15, I would have said the movie yesterday but the night before was similar and I can not see anything that would relate to the dream

Perhaps you are experiencing a great deal of stress in your daily life and it is expressing itself in your dreams. Do you understand that sleeping and dreaming is a way for the brain to recharge and "reboot" itself? Perhaps you should try relaxing in your waking time. You could exercise more, talk to a family member or counselor about your disturbing dreams too. It certainly won't hurt.

Sometimes just speaking about the dreams can help and they may not come back.
