Are 0900 AM and 09:00 AM the same? If not, how can I write 0900 AM with colons?

Hurry up, please!

0900 hours and 2100 hours for PM you don't really need the colon

it is athe same. 0900 is the same time frame. its just a way the military use time. such as 1200 hours, 0300 hours,,,so on and so forth. so theres no diffrence.
