I need a good exercise routine to help my legs get thinner but still build muscle.

my legs are not very skinny at all, but I want them to still have muscle to do things like long distance running. does anyone have a good routine for them that really helps?

join school or community sports like cross country or track. and you could try working out like a victoria secret model. i have read on of there exercize routines and you could do it but tone it down a little

try playing a little bit of volleyball and lifting weights while doing squats..that should help...try a 45 pound weight first... :) good luck

just walk a lot for a great amount of miles.. that's what I do and I have pure leg muscle :D u gotta enjoy walkin tho, otherwise it'll be a pain and struggle to get where u want

walk up and down the stairs multiple times
