Yes, and they do work, but you should make them temporary, as doctors have made a pill for everything while not everything actually needs a pill. Take them, they do help, but while taking them try to find a way to stop in the future. Make goals, smile when sad, do excercise, speak more with friends or random people, do new things you've never done before, change your habits, eat different foods, and just do something that triggers your happiness. Help others, be super nice, do random stuff in the elevator or around people all the time. Hope i helped somehow.
