It takes a person, on average 7 minutes to fall asleep. This time starts, from the second you put your head on the pillow. So you need to start there. You're obviously on the phone/computer. Put it away. Get in bed, lay down, close your eyes, and wait. It will come.
Its okay :P I have finals tomorrow to and I am COMPLETELY stressed out about them, in result im staying up forever to study and most likely will have the same problem. I suggest you put every distracting thing away, Push finals away from your mind, turn on the radio quietly and just lay your head down on the pillow, curl up in your warm blankets and close your eyes. Sleep will come to you eventually, just dont worry.
If you have completed your studies and are fully prepared to face the exams then this is just anxiety which is not letting you to sleep. Drink cold milk coffee of milk with a little sugar, take long breath and put all electronic gagettes off. Put all the lights off and go to bed and remember your God the almighty you will fall asleep very soon.
