I am having bad luck with relationships

I met a girl and she had recently got out a two year relationship and had turned to me for help and later we became close friends and eventually she opened up to me and turns out she was suicidal and i had already lost two friends to suicide so this time i didnt want to mess up and at the time i was suicidal myself however i didnt tell her and i put that aside to help her through it because i didnt wanna lose someone else and now shes better however somewhere along the lines she told me that she had romantically detached herself from me but she had gotten closer to her ex and i really liked her but now i was left heart broken...normally i dont have problems talking to girls its easy to get people to like me at an early stage but when we get closer they lose interest me...i know its not because im shy or intimidated by women im also a very open minded person im not "ugly" nor am i selfless i really dont know why i cant get a relationship going ...im 16 so i know im young and i shouldnt be expecting to find any true love but i still wanna have a memorable relationship because honestly i havent had 1 relationship...

First off, you should be happy that your friend isn't suicidal anymore; in fact, you ought to be proud of that. Secondly, it isn't your fault that some people just lose interest. You will eventually meet someone who will love you for who you are and won't lose interest. But, you also have to be spontaneous in relationships because monotony is a recipe for a breakup.

Love is a wheel of fortune, sometimes the worst choices you seem to get might be your best but the opposite seems to happen to you. Don't worry, as long as you keep searching for someone and have faith you can find the One, you will have a chance in the world.

Assuming your dealing with other mid teens, you are figuring out what you want. At your age, You don't know what U want. Don't get confused by wanting a relationship. Wanting to be with a certain person is not the same add wanting to be attached.

Looks like the Girl was carrying a lot of baggage. You have to make sure she isn't carrying any of it from her previous relation. Look for someone who can think clear. Not confused. You sound like a genuine person. Someone who knows about true love. Be yourself. Do not change. Open up to another woman. Do not sound needy. You will succeed my friend.
