How to lose weight?

If losing weight were easy then the whole world would be w/e they deemed skinny. You have to decide enough is enough and change your lifestyle because what you're doing isn't working. Change your mind set and eating make small changes everyday start with getting your coffee with skim milk or choosing an apple over a bag of Doritos... But it's you who has to want to change.

it seems stuped but don't eat you can loose 3 pounds a day if u work out just eat a fer bits of meat for ur protine

Not eating is NEVER the answer your body will enter starvation mode and live off of your muscle reserves that you bust your butt for at the gym plus you will pass out. And meat is definitely not the thing you want to be taking a "few bites of" to stave off hunger when you're starving. The moment you do eat your body will store everything causing more weight gain and misery than before. K thanks.

Done give her that advice. I suffered from that problem and trust me, it does nothing to you but start killing you.

Cut back on carbs such as bread pasta and rice, drink plenty of water, DONT STOP EATING, and engage in 30 mins vigorous physical activity every day.

EDIT: if you stop eating, your body will store all the fat it can because it goes into starvation mode, wont lose weight that way.

FIRST: don't go on a special diet or use pills or supplements . Define the word "diet" as how you eat to maintain good health. EVERYDAY eat reasonably healthy with excellent portion control and get good exercise daily!!! It's really not hard. I've lost about 70 pounds over the last 15 months!!

Easiest way for me has been to count calories and increase exercise , not easy, but will always work.
