If losing weight were easy then the whole world would be w/e they deemed skinny. You have to decide enough is enough and change your lifestyle because what you're doing isn't working. Change your mind set and eating make small changes everyday start with getting your coffee with skim milk or choosing an apple over a bag of Doritos... But it's you who has to want to change.
FIRST: don't go on a special diet or use pills or supplements . Define the word "diet" as how you eat to maintain good health. EVERYDAY eat reasonably healthy with excellent portion control and get good exercise daily!!! It's really not hard. I've lost about 70 pounds over the last 15 months!!
