In school, the lights started flickering and I started freezing, but no one but me noticed, I'm not sick. Am I being haunted?

in public schools they keep the school temp just above cold ... to save money on heat probably (idk) and fluorescent lights tend to flicker when getting older, probaby because the chemical getting used up inside the tube .... or their ballast in the fixture going out(idk)
