It can help , though I think it is better for your heart . Try Psyllium capsules and Birch leaf tea ! They have brought levels right to where they should be without taking statins ! Don't take to much Psyllium though as it acts as a laxative and puts lots of fibre in your diet .

Yes,,, but omega 3 is better, that's what the doctor recommend to me

different fish have different levels of omega 3 check it out

Yes, get krill oil or eat salmon, barramundi, mackerel, some type of highly oily fish up to 3 Xs a week.

Yep mine came down with fish oil and eating steel cut oats each morning for breakfast.

I take garlic too ! Just don't burp ! MAN ! I take a pile of Vitamins to go along with the meds .

Every morning , handful of vitamins and then a smaller handful of meds ! 6:00 Am , everyday ! Try taking Ginkgo Biloba for your ear and dizziness . Helps get more blood to the brain . Seems to help !

I take stuff with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some of it seems to be helping.

Same here ! three times a day ! After I got my stent put in , I've had only two mild vertigo attacks ! No more stitches !

That is great! My stuff seems to fluctuate with the weather. Going to make some more changes and see how things go.

It's crazy the stuff I have read online about ears and people having little to no success when they have a problem. It's frustrating.
