Just try to relax.
Herbal tea, either Sleepy Time or Nighty Night work well. You can get them at most grocery stores.
camomile tea. warm milk.... work/play hard all day puts me out.
run 5 miles after dinner, and do 100 push ups and 100 crunches read a couple chapters.
Create a calming environment, drink some warm milk or de-calf tea and read a few chapters of a book (not an action adventure or scary book). I have sleep issues too & usually do all that plus take an Advil PM. Good luck.
