I'm sick so all I've been doing is playing games on my computer and I needed the cheat for that lol

Make sure that your female sim is pregnant already, then go to the cheat box and type "Testingcheatsenabled true" and once that is done, click on your pregnant sim and go back to the cheat box, typing "Force Twins"
