If you borrow a book, forget you had it, and move to another state, does the library still charge you for it ?

Well, yes. Moving doesn't get you out of paying.

Yes. Call them and pay them for it over the phone or mail them the book. You may have late fees so I would call before you mail it.

Mail the book back. Most states won't extradite for overdue library books...lol
