You don't lose weight fast. It takes time, patience and dedication. But check out the Atkins diet. Or Jenny Craig.

You didnt put the weight on fast... so dont expect to take it off fast. Eat sensibly, drink lots of water, stay away from processed foods, fast foods, candy and sodas. Oh.... and get off the couch. You have to move around and exercise. Go for walks...jogs... Increase as tolerated. It is a life style change that is needed.

Jog,Gym & swim. eat fresh veg salads. lots of water. and keep up ur adrenaline for better results.

You may want to try vegetarian, I have lost 25 lbs (within 10 months) with not much exercise, cook my own meals, stay away from all processed food, drinks, etc this will also greatly improves your health!!
