So I really like this guy, and he really likes me too, but we are having issues making it work. Any ideas?

he works around 60 hours a week between two jobs and has college courses and I have high school classes, two choirs and piano lessons. any ideas? I'm trying to get us to transition into the relationship phase or whatevs.

Sometimes sacrifice is needed for a relationship to work. The guy's schedule looks so busy. You should always sit and talk but it it does not work just let nature take its course. A relationship between a boy and a girl should come naturally and neither of you should force anything to make it work.

Think ahead. Both of you ask off work or reschedule your lessons so y'all can have a date nite.
