What are some simple ways to lose weight for a teenage girl?

I'm 5'5 and 147 lbs, my goal is to lose some weight so i won't have to feel insecure all the time. If you know some simple ways to lose weight please tell me, thanks :)

Well walk around more, maybe go running at the local track about once a week. Then I suggest doing yoga or some little exercises that tighten up your abdomen like crunches, or twists. If you have some fat on your arms then try lifting weights. The important part of this is dedication and determination. Don't give up, you don't have that much weight to lose anyways (for your height).

lots of exercise and a diet like cut down on fat foods and these are the most natural ways to lose exercise
