Getting a lawyer to help you get the proper paper work on your business will depend on the deal you strike with him/her. You can discuss on your terms of payment and then proceed with the paper work. Just locate any law firm in your location for more inquiries.

Few lawyers will charge up-front.
They'll wait until they know how many hours to bill you for.

Good luck finding an attorney on credit. A less expensive option is: http://www.incfile.com/services.htm

You can do all that yourself, it's not hard. Most of the forms and instructions are on line. You can get inexpensive help from your CPA if you have one. Most CPA firms will have people on staff that can help, you'll need a tax man anyway.
