Why aren't my hashtags blue?

so whenever NORMAL PEOPLE tweet a hashtag it's blue..HOWEVER...i just tweeted a hashtag and it's BLACK!! not being racist or anything but i cant click on it or anything! its frustrating..help?

its only @'s that are blue.
