Is she shy our not interested

So there is this girl I like but she doesn't talk to me. When she is around other people she's like a open book but around me she becomes quiet. Sometimes we talk but it's always me who is starting the conversation. This one time I sat next to her and she became all silent and didn't want to move. Is she shy or not interested

She is probably really shy around you because she isn't sure if she likes you or not.
