So I'm about 110 lbs, female, and I'm 13, I want to stay skinny and healthy, what are some tips? I don't exercise and I'm very picky.

I don't eat meat or many products with milk.

There is only one sure fire way for 99% of us to stay healthy. That is to hit the Big 3... diet, exercise and proper amount of rest. If you don't want to work out, try being more active just by taking walks or riding a bike. Make sure you get 6-8 hours a night sleep. And if you are picky eating, make sure you replace the nutrients you need from the foods you avoid by picking other things carefully.

I was very skinny when I was younger, and the second I graduated highschool, pretty much became sedentary. Meaning, didn't move. And I gained A LOT of weight. I'd say, stay active, and you should be fine.

You sound like your already at a healthy weight. Just keep doing what your doing I guess... I'm 14, female, and 105 lbs and I do 100 crunches 100 sit ups and three sets of 2 minute planks every day and that seems to help keep my core in shape. Maybe try that? You sound totally fine though so I wouldn't worry about it too much :)

You're a good weight, don't worry. But to become skinny, eating dry rusks and a special diet cereal called Fitness makes a big difference. (PS., in your profile it says you know about books and reading and stuff, so would u mind answering my question about the book plots please?
