The only way to tell is to either witness their bullying or higher a psychologist.

If they are mean on a regular basis make you feel bad on purpose and that harasses people either physically or mentally. Tell an adult to make it stop early before it gets worse I was bullied in the second grade and it was horrible and got out of hand. Hope this helps and good luck!:)

if they dont leave you alone and keep annoying you and say mean things to you... i have been bullied all me life.. i just am used to it.. i guess

They troll you, insult you, and do all kinds of pitiful things. the truth is they are insecure and need someone to reach out to them. of course if they continue to bully ignore them till they decide they get bored.

When they make fun of someone or you or pick on other people or especially when they hit you. If they do that stuff that's the time to either take a stand or talk to someone you trust.

When someone tries to overpower you physically, mentally or emotionally with the intention of hurting you in those manners resulting in belittling you, having power over you and at the same time making the bully look superior to you. Bottom line, anything to make you look bad and the bully look better than you. Of course, physical abuse is the ultimate bullying.
