This is a serous health question:

ok some times randomly i here a rely loud high pitched noise and it herts my head whats wrong with me am i going crazy?

Report as

how old are you? my dad has a very similar condition. He says his ears ring all the time, but he's 70. Maybe there's something making a high pitched noise in your normal resting area? if you leave an old tv on without the cable is can generate a high-pitch sqeual from the static. But seriously: You said it wasa serious health question, right? So see a doctor then. Don't ask random peeps on the internet for a diagnosis.

Dear peep

I would encourage the "asking of peeps" other than your superior self.

Its a part replacement for the village that has disappeared from our lives.
You ask around and learn a bit
Yet get an idea if the issue is widespread or unusual

To suggest one should not ask other humans is very odd.
Such suggestions are NOT answers.

I beleive I referred them to a doctor.
Doctors tend to be Human.

pardon the additional comment, but I see no need for you to make fun of me, as I don't believe I have offended you, nor have I referred to myself as superior. I think a self-review on your part is in order. Have a nice day.

Nope. Not crazy. I've never figured out what causes it, nor have I asked. For me , the only thing I have noticed is that it occurs mostly in autumn - but can occur at any time.

Sometimes it can indicate your wellbeing is getting marginal,
that you are run down,
possibly will feel light headed too
or that you have a cold or flu-like condition
even possibly glue-ear (easily checked and treated)

Check you are eating all food groups
getting proper sleep
and getting "heart pumping" exercise or sport.

I'd be getting a routine ear wash done with warm water that brings out lil globs of earwax.
Its painless, no anaesthetic, done in minutes and 'amazing".
Its so very very common to have accumulated ear wax, up to 1/4 of students in any class to some degree.
A clogged ear makes for noise becoming a pain in the
ear.
You might have an ear infection, also easily remedied, by antibiotics
