What's the quickest way to recover badly damaged hair from coloring

Massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth and moisturize your hair, and leave in the oil with a shower cap over your head for about 30 minutes to 1 hour to let your hair absorb it. I use an argan oil hair mask from pro naturals for repairing and it works really well, I suggest you use it too.

You can do a deep conditioner but usually you have to keep trimming until all of the damage is gone..... bummer!!!!

deep condition your hair with conditioner on your hair then wrap with a wet warm towel leave on for 10 minutes then rinse hair.try not to blow dry your hair.

Use argon oil shampoo & conditioner. It's all natural. It is good for your hair. This where I buy it from. I have been using it for a couple of months now.You may have somewhere closer to you, but if not try here. www.healthandhappiness.com.au

well first of all you have to avoid more dying and no heat. I also recommend you to get a trim constantly, and try pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair treatment kit which is a great treatment that will help you to repair and restore your hair. :D
