Tips to solve OCD without therapy or medicine?
Just change your habits which takes about 30 days. But OCD is not always a bad thing. It's depends on what yours is. I think everyone has some sort of OCD. Mine main one is 'if I'm not early I think I'm late' + others I don't care to mention online.
If you are opposed to therapy or medicine (or cannot afford it) you can look for support groups in your area. Usually treatment for OCD depends on the severity and specific symptoms.
