I have reeeaaallly short eyelashes. should I cut off half of them and stick other ones on them so they look curled?

No, don't do that. Just use some mascara and curl them with a lash curler.

.....wow.......I have no words for how stupid that sounds!!!!!!it's like saying can I cut my short hair in half and GLUE it to make it look pretty
