What determines the north and south poles on any planet ? do the planets in our system have poles facing in the same direction as ours ?

i would say it has to do with the magnetic fields (if any)

its easy they just are in the places where the earth is slanted the diffent angle determin the diffrent place also the magnetic feild has summin 2 do with it

The magnetic poles on the planet are based on the core of the planner. There are other planets in the solar system whose rotational spin is different from the magnetic points. The Earth is one although the variation is only about 3 degrees. Other planets have a larger variation.
