It's a certain physical attraction. Could be a smile, a dimple, a walk, a shape, an appreciation for a skill. It doesn't have to be on the "people's choice".

People (speaking psychologically) have a craving for what they cant have. Imagine a little boy playing with a brand new red toy fire truck. All of a sudden you see the fire truck and u WANT that fire truck. Its the human mind at work there. It is lust. Your body has a human need to feel love. And it also has the need to give love.

They are also called infatuations. You don't really know a person, but your imagination works up a version of them that you can't resist. Bingo, a "crush". Once you realize that they are temporary, they are fun. I've more of them than I can remember, enjoyed every one. The thing to remember is: don't do anything serious based on a crush. No sex. No marriage (if you're old enough). Enjoy the fizz and sparkle and when it's time, let it go.
