What are some reasons for late periods?

I'm a VIRGIN and haven't had my period for 25 days and counting and I have had a strict period pattern of 21 day cycles... I need help! and I've been menstruating long enough for my period to even out.

There are many reasons for late and/or missed periods that aren't pregnancy related.
Have you started any new medication(s)? It could be a side effect. Also, being under a lot of stress, changes in your diet, changes in your weight, changes in sleep patterns, hormonal changes, being sick, and so on... can cause your period to be late, or you can miss it altogether.
If you don't get your period next month, make an app't with your doctor to make sure everything is okay. Having one late or missed period wouldn't worry me much, especially since you're certain you're not pregnant. :)

Does Anxiety change the cycle?, because I've had it real bad lately and I'm on B-50 complex and Miltivitamins for my Anxiety which hasn't screwed up my cycle because I've been diagnosed with Anxiety and Carpel Tunnel, and I'm still a teenager:b

Definitely! Anxiety, or "stress" as I wrote, can certainly throw your "body clock" off & cause your period to be late. I wouldn't be worried at this point. If you don't get it next month, you might want to ask your doctor about it.

And, I know... haha... thought that was a really brilliant, well thought-out answer, ha! :)

Ha, I understand, and you're welcome! Even at my age now, I'm still a little uncomfortable talking to my mom about "stuff" like this! ;-)

I wanted to add that it could be nothing. Our bodies change rhythm. It is a good idea to check with your doctor.

The first thing would be a pregnancy test. I know you are not having actual intercourse, but there are ways it can still happen.

I got my period yesterday, I think it was all the anxiety before the holiday Christmas:)

I skip my periods a lot. I'll have all the symptoms and then... nothing. So don't let it bother you. But if you miss two or three in a row, I'd see a doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something.
