i wanna have a good night's sleep but i always wake up feeling tired..any suggestions?
Drink milk or have a hot bath before bed don't sleep in or go to bed late try reading before sleep and think of something you want to dream about as you fall asleep. Hope this helps good luck!
You should try to have about 10 hours of sleep or get a better sleeping position and if it doesn't work try to get a new bed.
maybe it has something to do with your diet or activities??? idk
Waking up still feeling tired COULD be a symptom of sleep apnea.
