What would you do if your girlfriend/boyfriend/friend told you that they cut themselves and that haven't been eating?

just want to know what u guys would do

I would take care of them check to make sure no cuts on wrist and try to make them eat food little by little

If they are under 18, I would tell their parents because if I cared about them as I'm sure you do, I wouldn't want anything bad to happen to them. If they're over 18, I would strongly suggest counseling and even offer to go with them if they wanted me to... Or try to figure out why they are doing what they're doing, and see if we could find a healthy solution :/

Please, talk to your school counselor
about it. You do not have to tell your friend that you talked to the counselor.
Ask the counselor not to tell her that you did.
This is very, very serious.

Tell someone you trust and make sure the person is okay telling someone.Try to encourage and ask what the problem might be.
