Why do I keep losing weight and how do I gain it back?
A few weeks ago I thought I weighed 123 pounds but, today I weighed myself and now I'm 116 pounds. My height is 5 feet and 11 inches and my new weight is 116 putting that into the BMI calculator my BMI is 16.2 and anything under 18.5 is underweight. How did I go from a BMI of 17.3 to 16.2 in just a few weeks. I am training to be a dancer (currently on an injury break) so I can't minimize my exercise, and I don't have a lot of time to eat also. Should I just eat high calorie food whenever I can to gain it back? Why did I lose so much weight and how do I get back to a healthy weight or healthier weight?
