What do I do when my friends are lying to me that they're handling a crisis when they're just ignoring me and talking to each other? Help

My friend said "be right back, handling a crisis" but he's really not. >.> he's just talking to his gf which is my best friend. I don't have a crush on him, but he just lied to me, to talk to someone else, making me wait for hours. They're my only friends that I talk to, and I don't know what to do or say without losing them, or causing problems. I seriously need help about this. They're my only friends, and they're just ignoring me while lying to me, even though they always helped me out in the past when I needed it. What do I say without causing any problems? Please have 2 plans, and list them like this:

Thanks for trying to help, but we get in contact with an app, and I can't really find anymore friends because it's an app, and we need to add them as contacts to talk, meaning I can't add anyone because it would be adding a total stranger.

Don't tell me you can't think of other ways to meet new friends, of course you can! How old are you? I'm not being sarcastic, I want to make some suggestions that are age appropriate.

I'm not very social in school, and I don't really have any other connection than that app I use to communicate to my friends in NC and other towns and states.

Hon, you are creating your own limitations. There's nothing real that is stopping you from making new friends. Have you thought that there are probably people out there that NEED you, don't just think about what you need or want, think about how you can help others. Reach out. No limits. These guys are not treating you like a valued friend, and you deserve to be so treated.
