What can I use to get rid of my acne? I wash my face twice a day. Eat healthy. Exercise. And use expensive acne treatments. Still no relief

I'm now 20 and in the last year my acne has gotten significantly worse. it's really becoming depressing :/ I'm losing my confidence. and I often walk with my head down. my dermatologist just gives me topical's and antibiotics that don't help. I need someone's help :/

I use an apricot face scrub that works pretty well for black heads. Also if you scrub your face really hard with the scrub then put lotion on it, the lotion will fill up your pores and stop dirt from getting in. That's what I do and it works pretty well... But what do I know I'm only 14. If that doesn't help you could try going a month with out using any special acne stuff just regular face soap not even scrub. It might be your body having the opposite reaction to the acne treatment stuff. I don't know if it will work but hey it's worth a shot if nothing else is working. If all else fails just wear the ugliest shirt in the world and everyone will be to focused laughing at the shirt to worry about your acne. :-)

Cut a lemon into slices and put honey on the slices. Rub the slices around the bad areas, then wash it off. Your face might be a little sticky afterwards for a little bit.

Try aloe vera the actual sticky plant. N put the gooeyy thing in your face. Thats how my brother loss all his acne

I had really bad acne until half way through freshman year I decided to COMPLETELY STOP using any products! I just used regular soap when I washed my body in the shower. It cleared up after a couple weeks and I have a really nice complexion now (:
