My husband & MIL have temper tantrums. I don't want a kid to grow in this home & learn these things. I'm deciding to not have kids. I'm sad

Though I love kids a lot but these guys freak me out. They scream and hit themselves when angry or sad, which is very often. I don't want my baby to learn this. I'm working and my kid will be at home with MIL for most time of day. She lives with us. It's been 3 years since I'm married and nothing has changed.

I think you are right to wait. It sounds like you already know that this is not an ideal environment for raising children. The adults model behaviors, and the children emulate behaviors. That's why the lyrics, "Careful the words you say; children will listen. Careful the things you do; children will see and learn," are so profound.

Anger can be managed. Perhaps if they know there will be no babies until they deal with their temper tantrums, they might become motivated to get treatment.
Good luck with this. It will be especially difficult considering your living arrangement. There are 2 against 1 in your house. Those 2 can convince each other that they are normal, and you are off base on this.
I hope a few years down the road, they will be implementing new coping skills. And that you can then have the children you want. Stay strong, and again - good luck.

Just try to talk to them about your problem and tell them how you feel and hopefully they understand. :(
