My best friend's girlfriend told me she isn't eating, what do I do?

So yesterday by best friend's girlfriend told me she hasn't been eating and I don't know what to do. She told me not to tell anyone including her boyfriend. She said that she just need to get it off her chest and I'm the only person she trusted not to tell anyone. I don't know what to do because if I tell him she will never forgive me but if I don't he will be pissed off at me. Please help and I know I already posted this its just I'm freaking out.

.....I think if she told you, she might be reaching out for help in her own way. Depending on what you told her, and how long she has continued this behavior, I would go back to her and tell her that you cannot, or will not stand by and allow her to harm herself, because you ARE a friend. Should something serious happen to her, (and it very easily could) I don't think I have to ask how you would feel. If she get's mad because you tried to help her, then so be it. At least you cared enough to try to help.

Tell her secrets that harm a person or persons are not secrets you are comfortable keeping. Tell her she has 8 hours to tell her parent or guardian and BF because in 9 hrs you will be telling them whether or not she says she has told them.

Talk to her about it and try to find out what is causing her not to eat. When you find the main reason, help her with her problem by assuring her, giving her advice and telling her the negative consequences of not eating. Ask her if her family knows about this. If nothing works, explain why you have to let either her family or boyfriend know because you care for her. Tell her that though this may risk the friendship, you don't want her to lose her health.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS
Wow, sounds like she can really trust you.
Please take my advice, I have experiences with this kind of thing.
Tell your mom, she'll get some sense into her.
When I told my best friend I only ate one meal a day, & wore something under my clothes to make me look thinner, her eyes widened. She thought she knew I wasn't the kind of person to obsess over looks.
So she called her mom, she was worried and didn't know what to do.
When her mom talked to me, it was like my mom talking to me. My best friend & I are basically sisters, we tell each other every thing no matter how bad it is.
If you don't want to bring your mom into this, you talk to her.
Tell her to at least stay very hydrated or eat some bread or at least eat one meal a day. If she doesn't put something in her stomach, she will face some serious consequences like
passing out, grades dropping, lack of energy, unable to focus, sometimes unable to talk (more like whispering),can't think, constantly tired & hallucination
