Chicken noodle soup. The original kind, not the chunky type. This will be easy on your stomach. And drink lots of water. You want to drink something that is mainly water and not unhealthy for you like pop. And to make your stomach settle eat some saltine crackers. This always helps me. Hope this helped.(:
The FLU is a respiratory illness but some people do have vomiting with it and because of the fever associated with flu you need to stay hydrated some liquids that stay down are coke, seven-up,tea,broth,jello,popscicle,gatorade,koolaid,pedialyte. Do not worry about eating for now.
