How can I counteract the effects of a cat peeing in a large potted Ficus tree?

Is there something that would neutralize it, like baking soda?

If you can move it temporarily outdoor, or into the shower, because you need to run a lot of water through the soil to remove the urine salts. Then you can cover the soil with foil, which can be effective, you can also try putting a litter box, next to the plant, that also works!!
