I had an affair with a bird from Ask and my wife found out about it. If she divorces me, who gets the dog?

My friend Yosey (that's not her real name, but she's ynp.214) suffers from AID (Avian Identity Disorder) and she and I have developed an on-line friendship. Daizy (my wife) saw a video of us dancing together and is threatening to leave me. You can see it here: http://youtu.be/gZFX-Y_enT0

But since it's already Christmas Eve in Oz, merry Christmas to all my wonderful Ask friends.

OzMan, OzMan, OzMan..........you know when this started that I had just too much love for just one person (although you are freaking awesome <3 <3 <3 ). Took her out in the bush this morning. We see the occasional kangaroo or wallaby out there and she used to love to chase them, but she's getting too old for it now.

Anyway, I think who ever had the dog first gets it. But if u got it together than who ever has their name in the license of the dog gets it. Sorry about this inconvenience, merry Christmas! And good luck :)

That's in dispute, Syd. I bought it for her for her 60th birthday so she claims that Zoe is her dog, but it was MY money so that should make her mine. Besides, I always feed her (Zoe, not Daizy) and she thinks I'm pretty much indispensable.

Oh, that is a tough situation. Well if you bought the dog from a proper breeder and you signed papers saying that this is your dog, then the dog is yours. But if you signed the papers in her name or in both of your names than, you would probably have to go to court for that. (I mean, that is a tough situation to handle on your own). And if you bought it for her than it technically is hers. This is a hard situation to be in.

Yeah that is a bit on the hot side. I need to find somewhere that stays around 75 all year round.

@Daisy, EVERYBODY wants to have an affair of sorts with that bird, but she's so flighty and unachievable . . . And Dozy is going to need you and the dog when she flutters off to the next soft beard. Divorce is always so hard on the livestock.
@Dozy, Until that happens, have a great Christmas. Wish we could all come and visit and stay six weeks.
@Princess Y: as you get older, you get even more sultry and irresistible -- I'm so glad you and Dozy are friends to me and so many others. Merry Christmas to you both.
