Yes, but it will take at least several more decades of tempering by mad scientists or terrorists to get it to the level you see in fiction. For now, if you can make the Earth be filled with light for a week or so, you will get the Sleepless Zombie attack, better get my umbrellas and shades ready.

It is already happening .... head to the shopping mall! Look for a biker gang to help save you from the marauding zombies, just like in the movie. See you there! Arggggh.... it is too late for me. Try to save yourself.

No it's not gonna happen why? Because you need a heart to function your body and the parasites control u only by the brain thus zombies will never happen unless u count a dead person laying on the floor with parasites eating his/her brain a zombie......soooo yeh...

Yes it has already happened there is a drug named bathsalt and if you do that drug then you will get naked go out of your house naked and eat somebody face or skin you can look it up on google they have the pix it happened in florida
