A new Xmas eve riddle.

You are walking down the road of life. You reach a fork in the road. One road takes you to heaven & the other to hell. Obviously you want to go to heaven. Beside the fork in the road are 2 brothers. One always tells the truth & the other always tells lies. There is a question you can ask. one or both of the brothers to ensure safe passage to heaven. What is that question? Please note there are a few different versions of this riddle so PLEASE do not report me for asking the same riddle more than once(because I have not) & if you know the answer already,please hold off for say 15 minutes so that other people can have a go at it. BEFORE I FORGET,IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE BRINGING THESE RIDDLES TO YOU ALL. TO ALL THE ASK COMMUNITY & ASK.COM STAFF HAVE A SAFE & HAPPY XMAS & NEW YEAR. & KIDS DON'T FORGET IT ISN'T THE SIZE OF THE PRESENT THAT COUNTS, IT HOW MUCH IT COSTS!! (Just Joking)

Ask either brother "What path would your brother tell me to take?", and then take the opposite one. The honest one knows the liar would tell you the wrong one, and the liar knows the honest one would tell you the right one, but he lies about it.

Okay, sgrandquist, I can see asking two questions. I haven't been able to narrow it down to one. Once again, I'm up too early. I will sleep for a bit and check in when I get up. Maybe I'll dream the answer!
