In which country Christmas is not allowed to be celiberated

I'm not completely sure, but I would expect it's not allowed in North Korea or any of the counties in the Middle East that have a Muslim government (not just Muslim religion). Those countries may allow very limited celebrations by certain people, but certainly nothing like what we have the States.

The United States didn't celebrate christmas either, from the Pilgrim's landing in 1620 until the mid-1800's.
