so much Malarkey going around..sales..etc...your body Needs Protein..work,, whatever muscle group you like,,to extreme ..change "groups"..daily..or ..overwork one area..every other day..and Eat..plenty of red meat !...(you are what you eat..to a certain degree..)(and why take a pill/sport mixes ,,as a sub. for what you can put on your plate..)
Start with proper nutrition...eat the right foods. Start doing some good cardiovascular exercises. Whe you are ready grab a weight plate 20lbs or less and star doing crunches...as many sets of 15 reps as you can. Try doing them at night as well at least an hour before going to sleep.
