Before going to sleep...Listen to music that relaxes you (chillstep/jazz for me)Eat something sweet, and a glass of milk.Read.Take a bath, brush your teeth and just feel fresh when entering your room ready to sleep comfy.
Watch a boring movie lying down, you'll be out in no time.
Listen to soft music or warm milk
count backwards fom hundred
watch a movie real late or read a book
If you have an iPod or iPhone download an app called isleep. If that doesn't help try watching tv in bed
Cook all day and then lie down. Bingo!
