Will manic panic work on really dark hair

I want to put atomic turquoise but I'm afraid it won't work help me can u tell me what color might come out

It will only tint your hair unless you bleach it.

Usually any colored dye, temporary or permanent on dark hair will simply put a "highlight" of the color over the original darker color. (think black cherry.. mostly black with a red sheen) the only way to get it to look like the actual color is to bleach the part of the hair you want to dye first.

Bleach it then die it it will bring the colar out a lot more

It will tint it, but it won't get as bright as the pictures.
