In 2002 I joined Weight Watchers. I quit three times before I finally figured it out. I lost 66 lbs and became WW leader. I have to tell you that weight loss is 80% what you eat and only 20% of being active, however, you cannot maintain your weight loss without exercise. I always tell my members: there is only one wright way to weight loss, but it is different for every one of us! It's like learning to walk: it doesn't matter if you fall a 1000 times as long as you get up 1001 time. Best of luck!
