It's a matter of belief and that choice is solely up to you but personally I believe the word of God. =====================Hast thou not poured me out as milk, and curdled me like cheese? Thou hast clothed me with skin and flesh, and hast fenced me with bones and sinews. Thou hast granted me life and favour, and thy visitation hath preserved my spirit. (Job 10:10-12 KJV)================================Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous?how well I know it. You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of the womb. You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered! (Psalms 139:14-17 NLT)

It depends on what you believe. That particular theory hasn't been proven, but it hasn't been disproven either, so we don't know if it is true or not. Evolution, however, HAS been proven, but I'm not one to say whether or not the two theories can coexist.
I am Christian ! Yes, god created man, he made us, we turned out defected, he decided to give us a chance, the chance stretched out a bit, he was sorely tempted to git rid of us, but apparently if you want to kill us off, you have to get rid of the good and the bad together, so he kept his hand, then he sent Jesus and now we have a way to come to god far more easily, after a while ( I believe ) humans will finally stop believe in our good lord, technology and stubborn atheism, and mutations in the real thing, will finally make it so there are enough bad and few enough good that god will finally get rid of his busted inventions and perfect them, the ones that want to work will come and stay at his place while he's getting rid of the rest. :)

It depends on your religion. My religion says that and I am a Catholic. But also Christians (that is a wide variety of groups of religion) believe so too. It is a hard concept to think about. But when we die, we will know but too bad we can't tell the other people who still live. Its all in that one thing, the one thing that will tell you the absolute truth. And that is, death....
