Depends on age and how many if any she has has before. The rule of thumb when a puppy or adult dog has never had the DHLPP vaccine is "2 after 12 weeks", given 3-4 weeks apart. The next one is given a year later, and after that it depends on what the duration of immunity is for that particular vaccine brand. At my clinic we give the full DHLPP (Pfizer Vanguard 5L4) every 3 years, and the "L" component (leptospirosis) every year in between.
Normally, this vaccine is first given to dogs at the age of six weeks, where additional vaccinations should be given every three weeks until the puppy is 15 to 16 weeks. However, you can also consult the vet on how you should initiate your dog's vaccination.
