How can I transfer all my photos from my iPhone 4S fast for free?

Switch from a PC to a Mac product. All fotos, phone numbers and what ever else downloads to your Mac every time you plug it in to charge automatically. It asks, "do you want to .... " you say yes. That's it. also if you lose or break your phone all of your data is stored on your Mac, just sync your new phone to your Mac and you'll be back in business.

Plug your phone in to iTunes on your computer. iTunes is a free download for PC's or Mac
